For your convenience, scheduling an appointment with Nexus Counselling Services is done via Owl Practice Online Scheduler. Owl Scheduler is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you are a new client and would like to schedule your appointment online, you will be required to create an account. Once your account is created, Owl Scheduling will immediately send you an email asking you to verify your account.
Nexus Counselling Services has a strict 24 hours' notice cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hour of your appointment time, you will be billed for the entire session. Please note that should you try to cancel your appointment online with less than 24 hours' notice, the system will not allow you to cancel your appointment.
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you which means Candace is not available to see other clients. While there is a host of valid reasons for cancelling an appointment and to be fair to every client, cancellation fees will only be waived in the event of a medical emergency requiring urgent professional treatment, a death in the family, a natural disaster or, extreme weather conditions.
Note if you would like to schedule an appointment that is less than 15 hours of your preferred time and date, you will not be able to schedule online. To schedule an appointment that is less than 15 hours of your preferred time, call Candace directly at (604) 360-7072. If Candace does not answer immediately, leave a message and she will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that during scheduled working days, Candace may not be able to return your call until she has a scheduled break between clients.
