The online booking page is available at any time, so you can review available appointment times when it is convenient for you.
New clients may be asked to create an account. Follow the instructions shown by Owl Practice, including any email-verification step required to activate the account.
Please review this policy before scheduling so the expectations are clear.
Nexus Counselling Services requires at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of its scheduled time, the full session fee will be charged.
The online system may not permit a cancellation when fewer than 24 hours remain. Contact Candace directly if you need assistance with a late change.
Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. Cancellation fees are waived only for exceptional circumstances such as a medical emergency requiring urgent professional treatment, a death in the family, a natural disaster, or extreme weather conditions.
If your preferred appointment time is fewer than 15 hours away, online scheduling may not be available.

Ordinary email cannot guarantee complete confidentiality. Avoid including sensitive clinical information and use secure messaging when appropriate.
Owl Practice states that client data is stored in Canada and protected through encryption and other security controls. Review Owl Practice’s current security and privacy pages for the provider’s full, current descriptions.
In British Columbia, private-sector organizations are generally governed by the province’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). PHIPA is an Ontario statute and should not be presented as the governing British Columbia law.
